Terms of Use for Purespark

These terms govern every visit to purespark.world and every purchase of sleep textiles, accessories, or in-person studio services from Purespark. By continuing to browse, creating an account where offered, or completing checkout, you agree to this framework and to the product-focused privacy policy that explains how your details support fulfilment.

Plain language We avoid dense jargon so you can compare options calmly before you buy.
Irish law foundation Contracts align with rules applicable in Ireland unless we state a narrower scope.
Fair remedies If something drifts off course, we prioritise repair, replacement, or proportionate refund paths.

Wellness information and limits of guidance

Digital and studio content from Purespark is general wellness and product education about sleep environments, routines, and textiles. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for assessment by a qualified professional where you need clinical or regulated care. We do not guarantee particular sleep duration, quality, or health results; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Marketing follows Irish and EU standards for clarity and proportionality. If you rely on any statement on purespark.world, you accept that it is provided for information only and subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and account integrity

You confirm that you are at least eighteen years old or acting with a guardian’s authority, and that contact details, delivery addresses, and payment references you supply belong to you or are shared with permission. We may pause fulfilment if fraud checks flag inconsistencies between shipping and billing regions.

Studio visits and shared spaces

Appointments at our Cork studio near the English Market exist so guests can feel textiles, compare weights, and review room sketches. Arrive within the window you booked; late arrivals may shorten the remaining time so the next visitor’s calm schedule stays intact. Shoes, bags, and beverages follow the house guidance posted on arrival to protect open stock.

Photography inside the studio requires prior approval so other guests are not captured unintentionally. We may decline recording when proprietary supplier lines are on display.

Product descriptions and samples

We describe fibers, weave density, and care cycles using conservative language. Natural materials shift subtly between dye lots; when we know a batch leans warmer or cooler, we note it before cutting yardage. Swatches illustrate handle and drape but may appear differently under your bulbs than under studio lighting.

  • Mattress depth informs fitted sheet height
  • Pillow loft suggestions pair with sleeping position notes you share
  • Duvet fill weight references Irish seasonal averages

Pricing, taxes, and promotions

Prices include VAT where required and display in euros unless a campaign temporarily quotes another currency for international guests. Promotional windows have clear end dates; if a code fails because the window closed, the checkout total reverts to the everyday price shown beside each item.

Orders, fulfilment, and risk of loss

A contract forms when we send an order confirmation email. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier records delivery unless we explicitly retain responsibility for white-glove placement inside your home. Rural routes may add a day after dispatch; we share tracking identifiers as soon as the courier generates them.

If one line is delayed, we may split shipments so ready pieces arrive sooner. You only pay carriage once unless you request an extra expedited leg.

Returns, exchanges, and hygiene

Unused bedding in original packaging may be returned within the window printed on your receipt, subject to inspection for odours or stains that would prevent resale. Personal items that touch skin directly may be excluded from return when hygiene seals break, matching common textile practice.

Manufacturing defects qualify for repair, replacement, or refund after we inspect photographs or receive the item. Damage caused by care mistakes outside our written instructions falls outside this section.

Guidance and educational content

Articles, night routine outlines, and recovery suggestions support general wellbeing around sleep environments. They do not replace specialised advice where your circumstances require it. If you need tailored support beyond textiles, we encourage you to consult an appropriate qualified professional in your region.

Intellectual property

Text, photography, diagrams, and layout on purespark.world belong to Purespark or its licensors. You may share links to public pages but may not scrape, mirror, or commercially reuse our assets without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any single order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods or services giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed travel unless mandatory rules prohibit such a cap.

Force majeure

Events outside reasonable control—severe weather, supply shortages, transport strikes, or infrastructure outages—may delay studio openings or shipments. We will notify you promptly and offer revised timing or refunds where the delay is material.

Governing law and disputes

These terms follow Irish law. Consumers may bring disputes in Ireland or in their home country when EU consumer regulations grant that choice. We prefer good-faith resolution through direct contact before formal proceedings.

Changes to these terms

When we update terms to reflect new studio policies or payment flows, we post the revision with a fresh date. Continued use of the site after meaningful changes constitutes acceptance, while orders already confirmed remain governed by the version in effect when you paid.

Purespark publishes general information about sleep environments, textiles, and daily rhythms. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For health concerns, contact an appropriate registered professional in Ireland or your country. Individual experiences vary; we do not claim specific health outcomes.
